10th Mediterranean Combustion Symposium

This symposium will be held in Naples, Italy, from 17 – 21 September 2017. It is organized by the scientific communities from countries around the Mediterranean. The objective of the conference is to give combustion scientists, particularly engineers and students from the Mediterranean area, the opportunity to get together for the dissemination of state-of-the-art advances in combustion research. The deadline for paper submission is 31 March 2017, and work in progress posters are due on 30 June 2017.

19th International Conference on Acoustics, Vibration and Noise Control Engineering (ICAVNCE 2017)

This conference will be held in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, from 7 – 8 August 2017. It aims to bring together academic scientists, practitioners and educators to share their research results on all aspects of Acoustics, Vibration and Noise Control Engineering. 13th International Conference on Theoretical and Computational Acoustics (ICTCA 2017)

This conference will be held in Vienna, Austria, from 30 July – 3 August 2017. The purpose of this biennial conference is to promote scientific work and international cooperation in all areas of acoustics. The topics covered include environmental noise, flow acoustics, structural acoustics and many more. The deadline for abstract submission is 1 April 2017.

Acoustics ’17 Boston

This is a joint conference, combining the 173rd Meeting of the Acoustical Society of America and the 8th Forum Acusticum. It will be held in Boston, Massachusetts, USA, 25 – 29 June 2017. A broad range of topics in acoustics will be covered in technical sessions and keynote lectures. Meetings of the Acoustical Society of America

The Society holds two meetings each year, most of which are held at various locations in the USA and Canada. At each meeting, invited and contributed papers and poster presentations usually number between 850 and 1100, and they reflect the diversity and interests of the membership. Tutorials, lectures, technical and standards committee meetings, and visits to university, government, and industrial laboratories are regular features, along with receptions and a variety of social programs. VGB-Conference “Gas Turbines and Operation of Gas Turbines”

This event will be held in Friedrichshafen, Germany, from 7 – 8 June 2017. It is a biennial event aimed at plant operators, manufacturers and R&D experts in order to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and ideas. The programme includes presentations and discussions; there will also be an exhibition featuring the gas turbine industry. The conference languages are German and English, and the presentations will be simultaneously translated. Online registration closes on 10 May 2017.

Dynamics Days Europe

This is the 37th in a series of international conferences, and it will take place in Szeged, Hungary, 5 – 9 June 2017. It provides a European forum for developments in the applications and theory of dynamics and brings together scientists from physics, biology, engineering and mathematics engaged in interdisciplinary research in nonlinear science. ERCOFTAG Montestigliano Spring School

This event will be held in the Tuscan village of Montestigliano, Italy, 2 – 8 April 2017. It is a learning opportunity for doctoral and post-doctoral students, where they work interactively in groups on “Prediction and control of aerodynamically-generated sound”, in close contact with the invited keynote lecturer, Professor Daniel J. Bodony, Department of Aerospace Engineering, University of Illinois. USA. The deadline for prospective applicants was 31 January 2017.
